I am ready to start working in your company on position which enables to influence manufacturing process in area of quality, costs and lead time.
Experience which I got during last years allows me to feel freely on the field of production and building/ motivating team. Knowledge of concept and tools of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma combined with good interpersonal skills gives me opportunity of building and deploying brave plans.
Cooperation with suppliers on top management level as well as with people on production floor gave me chance to observe and learn mechanisms ruling production companies. Working with people on different levels in organisation and also many solved conflicts developed my interpersonal and negotiating skills.
I face problems without hesitation and try to highlight them as I believe that problems are treasures pushing organisation forward. More over I am a person strongly oriented on the goal and consequently realising planed steps with no fear of making difficult decisions. However I have no interest in aiming short term results but rather focusing on long term processes improvements and more stable outcome.
Lean Manufacturing, problem solving, motivating people is my real passion and I would found a lot of satisfaction in watching and influencing organism of factory.
