A pioneer in translucent material technology, 3form, Inc offers a Full Circle class of eco-friendly products that use the signature material platform and dynamic interlayer system, Varia, which encapsulates colour, organic materials and textures in translucent eco-resin panels that transform into walls, dividers, doors and other architectural solutions.

The interlayers are crafted by skilled artisans from developing countries, who transform raw materials into crafted creations such as ribbons of Jaguri silk and cross-hatched sheets of bamboo and hemp. The new income from each sale is introduced to the artisans’ communities, funding educational programs, improving living conditions, and creating positive momentum.

Innovation:
Highly innovative, the 3form Full Circle Collection comprises fifteen original designs from skilled artisans around the world eg. Unravel (Mali), Ithemba (South Africa), Migration (Swaziland), Electra (Nepal), Lasso (Colombia). Carefully selected natural materials are artfully arranged and elevated to a modern aesthetic.

3form eco-resin that encapsulates these designs is a specially-formulated co-polyester resin using patented technology that took over two years in development.

Human Factors: Ergonomics, Semantics & Safety:
Varia panels are easy to handle being half the weight of glass. They are made from non-toxic ecoresin, which makes them safe to cut on site. The material will not shatter or chard like glass as it is 40 times the impact strength of glass.




Environmental Sustainability:
Varia is made from ecoresin, a specially-formulated co-polyester resin which is both environmentally responsible and high-performing. Ecoresin has been engineered to incorporate 40% post-industrial recycled PETG, without compromising its overall physical properties. From a recycle stand-point, this material is also compatible with one of the largest post-consumer recycle streams, and is GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified.

3form packaging is designed to be almost entirely recyclable, making it easy to divert construction waste from landfills.

3form fabrication capabilities create turn-key installations to reduce the amount of materials needed on site.

3form translucent resins can be used in place of opaque materials to maximize the infusion of daylight throughout entire interiors. 3form translucent resins may help diffuse daylight to achieve glare reduction prerequisite.
